Certificate earners are truly client-centric and understand the interdependencies of organizational silos, can proactively read financial and operational signals to advise strategically how to drive business results for clients, and respond confidently to market and stakeholder pressure with empathy.
The Most Valuable Learner (MVL) is a special honor awarded to one standout individual in the cohort who has shown true learning agility, demonstrated the best focus, attitude, and depth of reflection to deepen learning for themselves and others in their cohort.
Successfully passed all challenges in the Level Up Labs Business Acumen immersive business simulation program.
This includes executive challenges across strategy, product, marketing, crisis leadership, finance, technology, and people and culture, as well as a final assessment.
They must demonstrate applied business acumen, rather than theoretical, through decisions made within the simulation.
Demonstrate learning agility through meaningfully engaging with learning curriculum consistently throughout the program, and contributing to others learning in cohort discussions.
